I’ve been to quite a few leadership trainings but none quite like this one. Through a series of experiential learnings, we discovered the way our thoughts shape our experiences – how our unconscious beliefs affect our decisions and therefore affect our lives. Very thought-provoking approach to looking at the heart of employee engagement!
